The Newcastle, Washington, city council will meet in a special meeting February 7, 2023, at council chambers in City Hall to hold a study session on the King County Solid Waste Division’s Re+ Program beginning at 6 p.m. Following the study session, the city council will convene their regular meeting in the same location at or shortly after 7 p.m. during which they will hold a public hearing on relinquishment of a utility easement in the Windtree 5 subdivision.
