The Newcastle, Washington, City Council will hold a special meeting Tuesday, February 21, 2023, beginning at 5:45 p.m. at Newcastle City Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a study session on Council agenda and committee procedures pursuant to the agenda linked below. Following the study session, at or shortly after 6:30 p.m., City Council will recess to executive session for approximately 30 minutes pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to discuss matter(s) relating to potential litigation and legal risk. At or shortly after 7:00 p.m., the City Council will hold their regular meeting in Council Chambers.
