About

The proposal includes 6 parcels with a total of 7.56 acres. The applicant proposes to create a community of 37 new single family detached condominium homes, including a mineral surface trail through the project, private recreational areas, and a new public park.
Existing historic structures (Baima House, Honeymoon House, and two outbuildings in their original orientation) will be incorporated into the on-site public park near the intersection of SE 71st St and 136th Ave SE. The park will include landscaping, interpretive signage, parking, and restroom facilities. The proposal is compliant with the city’s critical area requirements, ensuring protection of the wetland and steam critical areas and their buffers. Wetland buffer restoration beyond code minimum is proposed.
