The City of Newcastle has  received its 2020 Financial and Accountability Audit Reports from the State Auditor’s Office (SAO).

The Financial Audit Report stated the City is in compliance with all financial reporting regulations and has no findings. The Accountability Audit Report also confirmed that city has no internal controls issues. This is the gold standard for audit reports in the State of Washington.
